BDC presented at 2022 International Property Management & Procurement Expo. At this exhibition, our technical team gave a detailed presentation about different building services, such as Structural Health Monitoring System (SHM), External Wall Diagnostic, Water Seepage Detection, Utilities Mapping and E&M Inspection & Monitoring. The variety of building services we presented, is beneficial for the development of Building Services Industry.

At this exhibition, we displayed a wide range of technologies for building services. We also answered the questions from our visitors with great professionality. We hope to see all the professionals to exchange ideas and contribute to the development of the industry in the next International Property Management & Procurement Expo.

Update of HOKLAS Accreditation scope for Infrared Thermography Service
恭喜BDC更新香港實驗所認可計劃 (HOKLAS) 範圍

We are thrilled to announce that BDC has been accredited by HKAS the HOKLAS scope of “Infrared thermography for detection of external wall debonding/delamination” according to the newly updated guideline by Hong Kong Concrete Institute, the TM1 Issue 2 (2022).

This test determines the potential debonding/delamination of exterior wall finishes of a building by using infrared (IR) thermography. Infrared measurements in this practice are used for external wall finishes such as rendering, tiles and fair faced concrete, etc
