Project Engineer
Responsibilities：
• Prepare service proposals and provide presentations to customer;
• Support and be responsible for sales activities, including customer/site visit, and preparation of tender/contract document;
• Site coordination such as communication with sub-contractor, time-line management, etc.;
• Manage and Monitor the progress of projects to customer satisfaction.
Requirements：
• Higher Diploma in Engineering, Building studies, Building Services or Civil, E&M Engineer equivalent;
• Relevant experience in water leakage detection, building inspection and monitoring, surveying, Building Services / Civil Engineering / E&M engineering is preferable;
• Able to work independently and willing to learn;
• Proactive, good communication skill, hard-working and willing to take challenge;
• Good command of written & spoken English/Chinese.
