1. Duties

• Follow up new project enquires
• Prepare relevant documents for tender submission
• Responsible for post-tendering follow-up
• Assist in administering contractual requirements
• Prepare internal ordering note and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor and control the process of project schedule, payment collection, variation order and final account



2. Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or relevant Engineering disciplines
• 3 years engineering experience in E&M or Building Services industry
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Occasional travel to Mainland China is required

Negotiable depends on working experience & qualifications
