1. Duties

• Prepare submissions in respect of request for proposal from both existing and new clients either from the private / government sectors
• Prepare marketing leaflets and materials
• Regularly maintain liaison and contacts with clients



2. Requirements

• Degree in Marketing / Building Consultant / Architectural consultants related sector
• 1 year working experience preferably in Building Architectural Consultant / Contractor firm
• Proactive and pleasant manner is required for this post
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin



3. Salary

Negotiable depends on working experience & qualifications
