Condition Survey inspection:
- Preparing inspection report;
- Submit remedial proposal and recommendation;
- Specifying rectification work;
Project Management:
- Prepare tender documents for the proposed works;
- Perform tendering and tender analysis;
- Supervising the rectification and renovation works;
- Certificating the completion of r works;
Expert witness for legal cases:
- Attend court hearing and advise legal parties;
- Perform field inspection and detail investigation
